Pizza Rana Ltd Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions - Win Free Pizza For A Year.
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Pizza Rana Ltd. Eligibility to enter:
a. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Pizza Rana Ltd staff and family members are excluded from entry)
b. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
c. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter. How to enter:
a. The prize draw will include anyone who signs up to our mailing list between 30th November 2024 and 31st December 2024 at 23.59pm. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
b. To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to our mailing list via our website: https://www.pizzarana.co.uk/win-free-pizza
c. Pizza Rana Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize includes one free pizza per week for one calendar year, starting from 1st January 2025, ending 31st December 2025. The prize:
a. Is not cumulative or transferable. No cash alternative will be provided.
b. Must be collected in person by the named winner from either our Lytham pizzeria (Clifton Square) or Blackpool location at Abingdon Street Market.
c. Choice of pizza will be at the winners discretion based on menu options at the time and subject to availability on the date of collection.
The winner will be drawn at random. Winner announcement:
a. The winner will be notified after 1st January 2025 via the email provided during subscription.
b. Pizza Rana Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to three times over a 10 working day period.
c. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 15 working days of the first email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Pizza Rana Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
By entering, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Pizza Rana Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and in line with GDPR.
The winner agrees to the release of their name as the winner of the prize via Pizza Rana Ltd as they see fit.
Pizza Rana Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
Pizza Rana Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
